now, i think i should warn you about fake diet methods. and i think you must read the word like this :
"you must decrease your carb and calorie and you must train hard"
now, i warn you that's fake..
that diet method is such a pain. you'll just keep starving all the time and your metabolism is just get decrease all the time. and you'll never diet anymore. you will never gain your fat loss once you get starving.you'll get starving and you'll get beserk, eat all food that you can't hold yourself and you're getting bigger and fatter easily and faster than before. What a Pain!

hello? are you a god? you can make my body thin for a long long time? no way. you'll kill me for sure with that drugs. what a pain in your ass. (yeah, you'll defenitely fell something pain in your ass).
so, what to do?
just eat enough carb and don't eat fat too much.
remember, don't you ever decrease your carb consumtion. you need carb for your body metabolism. eat fat enough. just calculate your calorie per day and eat enough. i recommend you to eat rice for your breakfast and lunch, and eat bread for your dinner. breakfast like queen, lunch like folks, dinner like a beggar.
train regularly, or i think.. do SKIPPING regularly
or i just say 30 minute everyday, slowly but surely you'll see the result without decrease your metabolism.
eat more fresh vegetables, fruit (especially berries)
i think berries got all nutrition your body can get to increase your metabolism. and, the vegetables have fiber that can smooting your disgestion. truly, can wash out those thinky whinky on your intestine and increase your metabolism.
Calulate your snack's fat
now, i think i should warn you to eat all snack that the fat's percentage is below 12. why? i think you must get your fat enough through your meals. ( i suggest to eat enough, right?) . if you're really can't hold your sense of snack, just calculate it like above.
drink enough
you don't believe it but water can balancing your water needs and prevent your body to make fat. usual or cold water is just fine. just drink 8 glass water a day.
Now, now.. must your trust your winky winky low calories diet?
No way... it's just make your body getting bigger, and you're getting fatter.
